1. Hot as hell here in the Atlanta area.
It supposed go up to 91 degrees today and 93-95 this weekend. I hate summer.

4. We Are Driving Son to College Soon -
and I so badly want to drive to Boston while we're out there. Boston looks like the most beautiful city in these states.

One of my very best pals has a job opportunity in Boston. They are worried that him being from the west-coast will not adapt to eastern winters. Apparantly they've seen many a westerners ditch Boston and head back to warmer weather. Are the winters there really unbearable?

9. Well. . . .
It does get a bit coolish up heah in the wintah. Last year there wasn't much snow (only about 110 inches or so), but we did have a cold snap where the ocean froze for a few weeks in February. Fortunately, icebreakers were able to keep the harbah open.

LL Bean clothes are your friends.

Seriously, if you're planning a trip to Beantown, let me know. I'm a pretty decent tour guide (and I like showing folks my town.) I've been posting pics of various things around the area in the MA state forum.
