there's a big, beautiful, brilliant full moon out there...
I guess the owl I heard last night was just passing through...I haven't heard any hoots tonight...
Lots of crickets though! (and they're chirping quickly!)

No crickets or owls, though. Just the constant drone of traffic on the I5 bridge! It's still pretty nice sitting on my front porch and a lot cooler than it is inside.

My dear Tom Kitten...your thread got me to get up from my computer, and walk over to my window just to see where the moon is...
She is glorious...and there are wispy pale clouds streaming all around her...
The night is quiet here...just the distant traffic roar we always have...
I have the radio on, and Brahm's First Symphony is playing softly...
It's just exquisite...
