Is it a bad idea to taser stupid people?

See i thought that if one of them gets in one's way one could merely taser the subject.... lay them gently on the ground and move on.
When they wake up (and you know if this becomes a trend it'll be happening to the same people on a regular basis) they will "think" to themselves:
A) "Gee i was acting like an idiot again and got tasered..... let's retrace my steps."
or
B) "Wha..... Why my head hurts again?"

2. Hippies, liberals..... I was thinkin that the group most in need....

of taserin' were the people who still believe that bush doesn't lie and is a good president.

I heard a woman on her cell phone in the wine store saying that Bush was the best president ever..... after she gave indian kid with the nose ring, who stocks the place, the don't "don't touch me" look.

See I could have tasered her me and the stock kid could have gently lowered her to the ground and told whoever she was talking to that she would have to call them back.

Then we could all moved ahead in line unmolested
