My dog is really freaking me out tonight
She and I are home alone and she's going nuts -- racing around the house, checking the windows and barking at anything moving outside. Any other night, she'd be curled up under my desk. Who slipped her the puppy pot and got her all paranoid?

;)

2. She may be trying to alert you to something.
I would check the house to see if everything is secure.

3. Does she respond to storms and weather issues? Is there any of that?
Maybe she just hears the boogeyman moving around in the house that you can't hear.

7. I like that answer
...the other is the completely unpredictable onset of FRAP -- or a frenetic random activity period. :)

6. Skunk or raccoon or Fisher Cat Alert?
At least that was the reason my dogs did that.

Also a stranger on the land or a female dog in heat.

Good luck.

8. Honestly, I would like to hear the dog's side of the story.
Just exactly what are you doing to freak your dog out?

Think about it.

10. I know your screen name is CornField, but do you live in earthquake
country?

Animals are very prescient about quakes.
