My son is taking me to the Chargers - Raiders game !

What a great kid! Its Oct 30, a Sunday night game at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego.
The Chargers and Raiders have a great rivalry that goes back to the old AFL days.
Now as a Charger fan I may have to wear a kevlar vest. Raider fans from LA come down and there is always violence!
Oh hell, it'll be fun!

I saw one Chargers game in San Diego in 1972 after I got out of bootcamp. They played the Steelers and as I recall, the game was not pleasant for the Chargers.

2. 72 was one of the many bad years.

If I'm not mistake, they dont serve alcohol when the Raiders come to town. There have been brawls and stabbings. On two incidents fans DIED after a stabbing.
