I'm signing up for basket weaving classes... |
|
Can you think of any stress relievers? No, wait. Basket weaving sounds stressful. I think I'll blow spit bubbles instead.

11. Ceramics class, perhaps? |
|
Forget the scene in Ghost with the potter's wheel...I'm talking off-wheel, throwing clay, kneading clay, shaping clay, all great outlets for excess energy, aggravation, stress, frustration, etc. Of course, these classes cost money, get messy, and you wind up giving all your friends and family your amateur efforts as Xmas gifts.
For free, you can knead bread dough, shape loaves, bake them, and feed them to your friends and family anytime...just as restorative in many respects, and better appreciated. Forget about bread machines, they take all the fun and artistry out of the process.
Your choice.

Serving Instructions Place sugar, mint, and splash of soda water in a chilled pint glass. Lightly muddle until the sugar dissolves and you smell the mint. Squeeze both halves of lime into the glass, leaving one hull in the mixture. Add rum, stir, and fill with ice. Top with soda water. Serve in a pint glass.
