I loved Kirby as a player and he's an all time great, but Willie Mays was Willie-freakin-Mays. The Say Hey Kid got my vote.

Playing in two very different eras, it is tough to compare them ,b ut they are head and shoulders above anyone else who ever played in center. The next step down is crowded with great players like Tris Speaker, Mickey Mantle, Joe Dimaggio and Duke Snider.
These were all GREAT players though.
