And my official registration is going to remain at my home address in PA. That was I can vote out Santorum.

Central OH ain't half bad (dandy little music scene in Columbus, for one thing), and Wesleyan has a good rep. Enjoy!

For hot weather relief, try Alum Creek State Park beach. Congratulations on your scholarship(s) - hope you enjoy your time there.

I'm in the north end of Columbus close to Westerville. You'll like it here.

Check out the ohio forum on a regular basis. Lots of good folks in there.
And if you have transportation, check out the Hocking Hills sometime. About two hours south of Delaware.

Hope you won't be needing a job, though. This "booming economy" has hit us hard. :grr:

I took the opposite route.... Ohioan my whole life, except for college in PA. If you like the 'burgh, you'll probably like Columbus too-- good people, football fans, mellow vibe.
OWU had a pretty active Democratic Club last year and I remember meeting at least one very progressive professor. In fact, now that I think about it, I have liked every alum I've ever met. You should have a good time.
Good Luck!
