Anybody want to hear som GREAT music from the Middle East?
you can stream from here: http://www.kxci.org/ and click on Listen Now.


Not sure how good the stream is, I can't get it at all on my slow dial up, but its a great show and on for about another hour.

1. I love ME Music...Turkish, Egyptian,.....used to hang out way back in
ME Cafe's in Greenwich Village...before it all became "Upscale." Had some Greek, Armenian Friends...and some Israeli and Arab...but ME..just a WASP...but love the music..thanks for the link.

2. Its a great show - every Thursday night
not always ME, but often enough. Wish the station would have a show entirely dedicated to the ME, kind of a lost voice in this day and age - especially for a "community station" but better than nothing.
