8. When I was a kid, we used those terms interchangeably,
but I haven't heard that in years. I think I'll start using that too.

Many of my neighbors growing up called it that. We called ours the living room.

15. People in this day and age live in their family room but they also..
have a living room that is never used nor do they live in it. I wonder why the two different rooms when one of them is never used. I can't seem to figure it out.

is where my family spends most of the their time together. I often listen to music in the Living Room, and my computer is upstairs. It IS silly to waste a room.

20. My first is called the living room,
My second is called the family / gathering room
My third is called the Trophy room
My forth is affectionately referred to as "Casa de Jota"
My fifth is in the guesthouse. I haven't been there since '81
My sixth is being remodeled. It WAS referred to as Mr. Pink. But I'm not sure if that one will stick or not
My seventh is actually where my Grandmother receives Hospice. It's called "Dick City Health Center"
And Finally, my eighth such space has been closed for further radiation testing. It's referred to as "Area 69".
