Unintended alliteration is also a sign of schizophrenia, unless the alliterator is a poet. I'm not sure whether Bush is intentionally doing anything with his language. Didn't he just say that he has to keep repeating himself in order to catapult the propoganda? Did he mean send the propoganda catapulting out to his audience? Or did he just possibly mean that his repetitions have to catapult over the propoganda? Hard to know what he means . . . ever.
