1. Well, what did you eat?
I just got up (10:00), and I'm hungry as a bear.

Pancakes with fruit sauce, butter ane whipped cream. A bagel with bacon, eggs and cream cheeze. A double latte with two donuts.

But it reminds me of a dish that I'm not sure is going to be around much longer unless the restaurant that serves it finds a new location.

Here goes:

It's an omlette with bacon, sour cream, hashbrowns, green peppers, onion, mushrooms, and lots of pepper. It was served with a full mug of coffee and two pieces of toast. I could skip lunch with that meal, and sometimes had that dish for dinner as a lighter option to dinner.

Thick and Rough oatmeal, cooked with xtra lite olive oil and some brown sugar

nirvana I eat it 5 or 6 days a week easily.

good for the cholesterol and I can run on it for quite a while

But I can go all day on one of those super gigundo omelettes described above.
