needs to be on a mechanical lifting device? (MSNBC hurricane coverage)

What the storm surge for new Orleans could look like. And give a visual reference for people.

5. Because television news needs to have lots of gizmos and flashy things
and spinning lights to hide the fact that they don't really bother reporting real news properly.
