The constant noise and dust from the construction, with everything else going on in my life caused me to just go insane this morning. They threatned me with eviction and got the police involved as well. They want my apartment...They can get half a million for it and they have been desperate to get me out. I cannot stand this anymore. I was almost arrested because a workman attempted to assault me and I was willing to defend myself against it.
I have no idea what is even going on.

1. Can you sell? $1/2M would be a nice chunk of change. |
|
If "they" can get that much for your pad, why can't you?

4. Perhaps "they" OWN Sannum's apartment. |
|
Perhaps she can't sell because she rents.

Especially over the attempted assault, but that threat of eviction is enough reason in itself.
You might also need to see a doctor about the prolonged stress, anxiety, and exposure to dust.
Don't tough it out alone -- call in the big guns.
Good luck!

I am renting right now, so they want to find someone to buy the apartment.
I am just shaking right now. I am paranoid when it comes to cops, and they think I am crazy, but I am not. I mentioned insomnia and they made it out to look like I was some sort of menace to society.

7. Sounds like a job for ... Lawyer-Man! |
|
But-seriously-folks, you need someone who can keep a cool head who looks out for your interest. Not for nothing are lawyers called "advocates". This situation is the fault of your landlords. It is they who are the menace.
If they want you out of there so badly, they can do the honorable thing and make it worth your while in an agreeable way ... or suffer the consequences of their sleaze.
Landlords get away with murder. Get yourself a hired gun -- and enjoy watching your landlords' breakdowns into sobbing fits.
