Poll question: Ren and Stimpy

Comic Genius or Disgusting Toilet Humor?

My wife loves Ren and Stimpy. I have always found it hard to watch, even when I was in college.

I'm no prude.

3. R&S still remains as the most LOL funny moment in my life
I saw the original first episode (The uncut dog-pound episode) at the Animation Celebration around 1990 or so. It was so shockingly funny at the time that the entire theater was bursting out laughing non-stop. I actually had tears shooting out of my eyes. Four minutes of full-out laughter from the gut is really exhausting, and therapeutic. Needless to say, I voted for "comic genius", but only for the John K. episodes. The shows they made after he was fired sucked.

4. Does Spongebob have any of the same animators? Some of their
stuff has a similar look to some of the Ren and Stimpy stuff.
