I can't understand why people don't evacuate

my ass would have been in Indiana before that storm hit

Some are imoblized
Some are without transportation
Some need medicine
Some have no money to arrange a getaway
Some had their homes AND THAT'S IT.
Some don't live there anyway

Just to name a few. Ya know?
