I just filled up both our cars!.. almost $3 per gallon- sheesh.

spent about 77 bucks.

2.88 a gallon, and my car only needed half a tank. I expect prices to only go up as we approach the weekend- so I made Mr. Fleabert go with me now (at midnight) to try and save some money, hopefully.

The last thing I said as we parted ways to drive home was: "god I wish I had my Hybrid right now!" (I've been planning on getting one, once I can save up a down payment)

I think more and more people are going to go the hybrid/public transportation route very soon.

1. We're used to it

Gas is 1.07 a litre up here, and we're one of the lowest priced provinces in Canada. It's tough, but you get used to it after awhile, I guess. I bike everywhere and my wife has the Explorer, so that helps a little.
