Mmmm... this is the best damn chicken I ever cooked!

Pretty simple recipe too:

Boneless, skinless chicken breast (organic, cage free farms - tastes better by a country mile)

Marinade:
Lemon juice, just enough to get the surface wet
Cajun seasoning - a LOT of it
Cayenne pepper
Crushed red pepper
Minced garlic & onion
Teriyaki sauce, just a little to let it soak

Marinade overnight. Grill on low heat 15-20 minutes, indirect flame.

Slice diagonally and serve over foccacia bread.
