I'm thinking that's what must have happened in my family.
It's a great concidence that my cousin who lives in Biloxi, LA and his 6 month pregnant wife was visiting his family up in New York at the time the hurricane srtuck.
They lost everything in the hurricane, Biloxi of course being one of the hardest hit areas. But they have their lives, their future child, and their family willing to do everything they can to help out.
I think my 74 year old grandmother said it best when she spoke to my cousin's wife: "You're carrying what's really important."
