Hey, I'm living in my car for 20 days.. What to do??

I'm moving from Eugene, OR to Minneapolis.. I leave on 10-10-05 and don't have a place to live until the first of November. So I'm going to drive around. I have plans to visit friends in San Fransisco, San Diego, Austin, Little Rock, Richmond, Boston, New York, and Providence..

Any cool shit I should check out on the way? Thoughts of cool time-killers?

and get drunk with everybody else...it just gets better as the night goes on.

2. Stop off at Carlsbad Caverns

It's out of the way of, well, everything, but if you're in the neighborhood of New Mexico. Also, not TOO far away is Arches National Park, where Edward Abbey wrote Desert Solitaire. I'll be camping there in October myself.

Desert Solitaire is a good book.. I have time to kill.. I will check it out.
