This is one of the best nature stories evah!
I heard that he and his mate are rearing another litter of babies, or did, earlier this year...
They were apparently able to establish a nest just in time to lay their eggs and get the season underway...
Truly an inspired story...

Pale male has now been in Central Park over a decade He has survived 3 mates and has taken a forth He has fledged 25 chicks and a link http://www.pbs.org/wnet/nature/palemale/
