4. YES! It is EXCELLENT, and I highly, highly recommend it.
Definitely very interesting read...scary, but the truth is often scarier than fiction.

5. I read it
would have been better as a series of short articles as each of his stories is essentially the same. I am also not sure I buy his whole "wrestling with guilt" routine.

But it was an enlightening read about how the World Bank operates.
