In need of avatar inspiration.
Given that the cricket season is closing, and the final test of the Ashes Series begins on Thursday (finger crossed, and heart-attack medication in place if it's half as exciting as the last two) it seems somewhat silly to continue with the badge of the England cricket team as my avatar.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to what could be used to replace it?

How about this one? You'd have to reduce it of course...
Edited so it wouldn't distract TJ

3. I'd rather have that in my bedroom
and the real thing not just some picture.

Plus - you're really naughty for distracting me so :spank: (though not quite the most distracting thing you've sent me).

5. I'm not really complaining
A most enjoyable distraction. :D

But then I should be getting on with work - but then I don't particularly want to.........

6. Someday, when we have several days to kill...
You'll have to explain the rules of "Cricket" to me.

It's an interesting and unusual game.

7. Once knew a band called "Queer the Pitch"
I am on the far left of the American continent so no way could I have had a clue to what that meant. The guitarist said it had to do with the piece turf between the ball tosser and the ball batter. He went on to add that this patch of turf was the "pitch" and after a bit of use it becomes scuffed or "queered" My only avatar suggestion would be to use something recognizable from one of the London subway stations which were in the news not too long ago.
