My cat Evita is a psycho songbird killer and she lives indoor
I'm not sure how she managed to catch a damn songbird while living the life totally indoors but I'm thinking that a songbird was on the window ledge and Evita managed to kill the thing through a small rip in my window screen.

By the time I found it the poor bird was decapitated and quite a mess. Evita looked please with herself.

And the thing is she just had a bowl of chicken flavored wet food this morning

1. I'm afraid my household contains such a killer too.

My four-year-old snotty female Ocicat (spotted, looks like a leopard) got one of my doves when she was about 8-weeks-old.

We keep all of our pets strictly indoors; she still had front-claws then. She had a smirk on her face too - and the 'remains' were pretty disgusting.

The doves were relocated to an appropriate outdoor environment after that.

She's the only cat I've ever had (in over 20 years) who's fast enough to catch one (and smart enough).

2. I just can't believe THIS is a face of a killer

I feel bad for that songbird - she didn't stand a chance against a cold blooded killer.

Abbott, of course, was sitting there and licking himself - typical man!

9. Abbott asked me to post this...
meow meow, mew, mew, mew, meow meow, grr, meow, mew, meow.

In English I think he's saying - don't blame my human mommy for Evita's evil ways. Evita just hasn't learned to appreciate the wonderful lifestyle that our human mommy has given us. But then again human mommy overslept this morning and didn't get us our good food until late that morning.

8. I don't know who her parents are
but since she lived on the streets for 3 years in a ferral colony I'm just assuming this is all second nature for her. Abbott's been instituationalized indoors long enough that he really doesn't know much about killing others - just licking himself seems to be his skillset.

6. You sure she isn't in the kitty mafia and had to do a rub out?
My cat Harlon used to run catnip as a kitten unti he adopted me.

10. Well if you hadn't fed her that bat to whet her appetite a few months back
. . . You gave her an appetite for blood.

12. I had nothing to do with the bat in my house
that bat would have never been in there if Evita hadn't ripped the screen in my window.

Bad Evita!

14. Maybe that's why she ripped the screen?
I still stand by my kitty mafia theory though.
