1. why would you bread a perfactly good salmon?
Frying is for bad fish or white fish for Fish and chips or a trout. Could you grill it as steaks or worse case wrap it in foil and lemon and onions and put it on a grill... all much better

6. We grill ours
lemon, a little onion, olive oil, chives...wrap it up in foil and on the grill it goes.

I grew up in OK and was weaned on breaded fish. No more. Breaded fish bad. Grilled good. :)

11. I hate breaded fish
I want to taste the fish and not the cornmeal crap soaked with vegetable oil.

Even when we get catfish or something like that, it will never get breaded and deep fried.

Breading and frying salmon...just shouldn't happen.

9. I guess when you live far from Salmon
you can cover it with anything. But... fruit loops covered in Chocolate syrup are a different story.

10. I wrapped the salmon in foil for the grill tonight
put a couple slices of lemon and pats of butter in the
foil with the fish and let it simmer on the grill in it's
own juices . it was so good
