A barbecue sauce that is orgasmic!
I took a bottle of KC honey barbecue sauce & a 1/2 cup of Raspberry vinaigrette & basted some pork ribs.

I have to say it was better than sex.

But I think you should get out more often, though...

6. KC? Like KC Masterpiece?
Not orgasmic. You want orgasms, try Arthur Bryants or Gates.
That's some good sh*t.

KC Masterpiece is no different than all the sweet Kraft-like sauces.

We KC-area people have to stick up for our real BBQ sauces.

13. I made myself hungry, too.
I remember going to the old ball park on Brooklyn and smelling Bryant's all during the game.

17. Too bad gas is so expensive.
That makes for some high priced BBQ. But you can buy the sauce here. Can you find it there?

18. Nope.
I have to go there to get it.
We do have some decent bbq. BBQ PitStop is really saucy-lots of tanginess in the sauce and they don't skimp on it (and I like sauce). Perry Foster's has a good dry rub that makes the brisket melt in your mouth (and very good lamb too) but skimpy on sauce.
I can definitely make do w/ one of them until the next KC trip.

11. My barbecue sauce
1 bottle chili sauce
2 cups molasses (dark)
2 bottles beer (Guinness, if possible)
1 T mustard powder
2 t cayanne pepper
2 t black pepper
2 t salt
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic

in small sauce pan, brown onion in butter until clear. Finely chop garlic (do not use a press!) and add, brown 2 minutes more.
add chili sauce, molasses, one bottle of beer, and spices. Bring to a low simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Drink second bottle of beer while you wait. Final sauce should be slightly runny.
Brush onto meat as it grills, letting it build up a coating. Sweet and yummy. Great on pork ribs.

21. Yup. It's the salty, or sometimes salty-sweet things that replace sex.
People think it's chocolate that quenches the sexual craving. Nope. It's salty foods. I'm not making this up. I used to remember the science behind it, but I've forgotten it now. As one of the non-orgasmically challenged, I can tell you, pizza is definitely better sometimes.
