Update on my life without fast food
i haven't posted an update on this in a long time so here it goes.

Back in December i finally saw "Supersize me" and it was like a wake up call, this isn't a rant about fast food, that was only one component of my terrible eating habits and non active lifestyle. So anyhow, My daughter, husband and i stopped eating all fast food after seeing it and i started buying regular food, more vegetables and fruit and dairy sans the ice cream, i started really reading labels and have tried to cut way down on anything processed. So 9 months later and 3 months after buying a treadmill i am about 30 lbs lighter and i feel much better, my stress level is way down and I'm sleeping much better. My daughter was actually the one that got me motivated to eat healthier. My husband has lost 12 lbs. and he says his energy level is way up. My daughter actually enjoys having fruit and she loves spinach and broccoli now. I hoping this change will stick with all of us.

Congratulations! I wish I could keep up good eating habits, but it's always a struggle for me.

4. it was for me for almost 37 years but i think i must have been ready
for a serious change. The first few weeks were not easy but after that i started craving things a lot less and one benefit i didn't even expect was how much better my skin looks, it's much clearer.

13. Thanks for the moral support
I need to do something to shed the extra ten or so pounds. Sneaking off to the Wendy's ain't helping.

6. Good for you
I've lost about 20 pounds too. Quit smoking too.

I had some fast food the other day and it didn't agree with me at all.
