1. That's a funny word... cutlet.
What's a cutlet, anyway? Sounds like a small cut... cutlet... what an odd word.

2. Yeah
Silly word. But I guess it's easier than "boneless skinless chicken breasts".

I'm sure Rachael Ray on the Food Network has come up with an asinine nickname for them though.

3. Hahahahahaha!
:D

Is that what they are? I seriously didn't know... I'm so brain dead sometimes.

I like to bread and fry them, then cover them with shredded cheese and mushrooms, then top with more cheese, then bake them.

Then again, I pretty much have to work out every day just to maintain my weight. :P

5. Remove the nipples
They tend to be rubbery, even after cooking.

11. I ended up frying them
Edited on Wed Sep-07-05 07:57 PM by Chovexani
Bread crumbs w/ some pecorino romano mixed in. Didn't turn out too bad.

But thanks for the ideas...I got tons of this stuff in the freezer 'cause it was on sale.

Edited on Wed Sep-07-05 08:16 PM by liberalitch
spread whatever kind of goo you like with chicken on them
(i like cheddar cheese and cooked bacon)
use the plastic wrap to roll it up keeping the plastic tight arouund it
in the end you should have this little plastic wrapped chicken turd.... secure it (toothpicks/ twist the ends.... whatever)
drop it in boiling water (yes, in the plastic) for 15-20 minutes
take out of plastic cut in slices.... make some sauce
