1. That's a funny word... cutlet. |
|
What's a cutlet, anyway? Sounds like a small cut... cutlet... what an odd word.

Silly word. But I guess it's easier than "boneless skinless chicken breasts".
I'm sure Rachael Ray on the Food Network has come up with an asinine nickname for them though.

:D
Is that what they are? I seriously didn't know... I'm so brain dead sometimes.
I like to bread and fry them, then cover them with shredded cheese and mushrooms, then top with more cheese, then bake them.
Then again, I pretty much have to work out every day just to maintain my weight. :P

They tend to be rubbery, even after cooking.

Then add some basil, garlic, fish sauce (or soy if you prefer), a lil hot pepper and a little sugar.
Then server over rice. Basil Chicken, Thai style.
Yum

Bread crumbs w/ some pecorino romano mixed in. Didn't turn out too bad.
But thanks for the ideas...I got tons of this stuff in the freezer 'cause it was on sale.
