1. You know what's better than a fried porkchop?

2. I make em too...and I live in yankee territory

first I rinse off the chop
roll in flour
then dip in battered egg
then dip in seasoned bread crumbs
I then fry em in oil.
After being fried they are then baked for about 45 minutes...

I'm still on my diet and making due with Lean Cuisines and Lean Pockets (lost 25 pounds btw). This weekend, though, is the county fair, and I'm going to splurge on some pork burgers.
