I had Krispy Kreme donuts for dinner |
|
I was driving by and the hot donut sign was on. I couldn't resist.

1. I understand the temptation! |
|
Oh believe me...
But I have sworn off of them indefinitely. Can't shed pounds with KK in the diet. :D

I have a Krispy Kreme T-shirt.
Ahhhhh!

just shut down. Opened to big fan-fare about 3 yrs ago. I'm not a big donut fan (but there's nothing wrong with being one :) ). Looks like the local places drove them out.

6. I confess, I don't GET Krispy Kreme donuts. |
|
Nothing against those who flove them, as there appear to be many of you, but I just flat-out don't feel the love for them. They're okay, but they're not like, magic donuts or anything.

8. Have you had a hot one? |
|
I'm also waiting for the seasonally-offered Pumpkin Spice doughnut.
(I don't have a problem. Really, I don't. Really.)

9. They have to be warm and fresh... |
|
Then they're worth killing for. Once they cool off, they're just ordinary doughnuts.

11. Oh, okay. No, they were dull and distinctly not hot when I had one. |
|
I just thought they were meh.

We have two here in Tallahassee and I drive by one on my way to work every day. I LOOOOVE their "bold" coffee! The best I've found! I stop a lot and get donuts and coffee there quite a bit! Can't say I've ever had them for dinner though.

habit of it--but every couple of months or so I will have a bowl of chocolate ice cream or some other desert treat for dinner. Why not? As long as it's not everyday it can't hurt and it's a treat. Even if I did it once a week, I would have no guilt. We deserve a break from the typical dinner every now and then. Variety is the spice of life after all. More power to you. :applause:
