6. Nah - sooo easy - here is my own recipe - I made it up all by myself!
1 head Cauliflower
Chicken Stock - homemade or store-bought (doesn't matter)
Bacon - (if you don't eat pork, sautee chicken sausage)
Ground Black Pepper
Onion
Garlic
Curry Powder
Butter
Cream

Everything above is portioned out to whatever taste you like. I cook by 'eyesight' (if you know what I mean!).

Cut up cauliflower - almost cover with chicken stock and begin cooking.
Add amount of ground black pepper to taste.
Sautee bacon (or chicken sausage)
Add meat to the pot.
Sautee onion and garlic in meat drippings.
Add to pot.
Cook cauliflower until it's tender and is easily broken apart.

Cool mixture for a few minutes to marry flavors.
Place mixture in blender and puree.

Return to soup pot.
Add butter, cream and curry powder to taste.

Cook a few minutes.

Serve with either Naan or French Bread.

Enjoy.

14. Thanks so much! Reciprocal recipe:
I am just starting out (like last year and a half) actually attemting to cook; so always looking for things that sound good to me (motivate me to try them).
Do you like chocolate? I have an awesome cake I just made that everyone who tries likes (I excel at baking go figure).

Kathy's Cake (this is how my mother had it titled)

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box Jello instant pudding: Chocolate Fudge
8 oz sour cream
8 oz Choc. chips
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs

Combine cake mix; eggs; oil; water and pudding and beat either by hand or with electric beater for 2 min. (or until fully mixed by eye)
Mix in sour cream by hand; then fold in choc. chips.

Bake in BUNDT PAN at 350 for at least 50 min.(my oven I need to do 65 but it is old)

Does not need Icing but if you want:
1 stick Margarine (haven't tried butter but it may work)
1 box confectioner' sugar
2 Tb. milk
1 tsp. peppermint flavoring

melt marg. and whisk together; pour over cake

This is moist as hell and you need no icing; but watch out--it's rich!

I was supposed to make my own Indian style dinner tonight but wimped out and made fresh green chili salsa for tacos.

13. recipe is by eye, like yours.
Roasted peeled green chilies, minced (the long Anaheim type, can use canned as a substitute.)
Corn (leftover grilled or boiled corn on the cob works well)
Minced red onion
Seeded tomato, minced
Cilantro
Lime juice
Cumin

Minced grilled zucchini is good addition too -- if you're grilling the meat (chicken, beef, or pork) might as well sacrifice a small zucchini at the same time. It adds a nice smokey flavor.

Tacos are soft corn tortillas, naturally.
