my wife is a ND alum, but big BC fan (runs in her family)
i am a Penn State alum, but huge (or is that hugh) M fan

we got engaged on the date of the BC - PSU game 2 years ago (BC won)
we got married on UM - ND last year (9/11 - ND won)
we are celebrating our 1 year anniversary at ND-UM this year (go blue!)

Ann Arbor is only 45 minutes away from me.

My sister, who graduated from MSU, will be rooting for Notre Dame.

Notre Dame does have a beautiful campus. Where else in the country do you see nuns in habits at football games, cheering for their team?
