5. Have you ever seen us Philly folks hard on our West State friends?
No, we are above that. We realize that we need to team together in order to keep Pennsylvania a blue state because without one of these great cities you'd be totally red.

:D

7. I've never heard a Philadelphian utter a nasty word
about the midwesterners on the other side of the state.

10. Truly - the majority don't seem to be aware of anything west of
Harrisburg - although they do know the steelers come from somewhere.

11. You guys are terrible to everyone.
That's kind of what got us to this point in the first place. I made some kind of comment to the tune of living in Philadelphia is so morally corrupting that the virgin Mary herself would be transformed to a child-beating prostitute who commits armed robbery. Somehow someone thought that I was being too harsh on Philadelphia

Just kidding. Philadelphia has many wonderful qualities, as do the people of Philly. You ARE being too hard on Philadelphia fans (which I take it you meant to say instead of 'Philadelphia'). We as fans are just all like a football/baseball/hockey team. We rag on people and will talk smack just to get a rise out of you so we can do it some more. If you can't handle that, then tough :)

12. I resemble that remark
we may eat out own children but we are nice to other peoples babies.

We aren't as bad as some when it comes to visiting teams. if we're hard on our own players... we just want our monies worth. You pay these punks all this money to play and they do the the Terrel Owens thing. They take the money they get our "tough love"

14. Oh boy, don't go talking smack on TO!
:)

All is forgotten now as far as I'm concerned. So long as he does his thing on the field he can do whatever he wants behind the scenes.

15. but.... he's ours so we can talk smack
I'm just saying, we expect alot for our dollars. We could have said the same about a number of football, baseball, basketball and hockey players. Look at all the grief we gave Iverson is first couple years. It's juse what we do. Fight over sports and the best hogie shop. It's a birth-rite.
