1. Actually, I do feel very sorry for them. How horrible would it be to go
through withdrawal while also being hungry and thirsty and scared and alone and homeless. That would suck.

6. He wasn't blaming the junkies...
He was explaining where this "large" criminal element mught me coming from when repeatedly asked about the looters in his city....

You have to admit that teh initial claims and allegations made it seem like everyone in NO was taking to the streets.....
