I spent most of my life being mistaken for a girl. Even after I grew a beard I was called "Ma'am". For the most part it didn't bother me.... but it began to.

Gender has always been a weird issue for me on many levels. Sometimes a difficult issue. Not that I'm particularly feminine or masculine, and that in itself has been a problem. It's why I feel a kinship to transfolk. Only in the last few years have I used "man" as a self descriptive term. And it was hard fought. And only now can I own it.

And you didn't know any of that. But it gets my back up. So if you do it again, I'll spank the living daylights out of you and you'll be sleeping on your stomach for weeks... (which, all things considered sounds a rather attractive proposition :evilgrin:)
