Who the fuck decided "16" was the age to be?
I mean (IN highschool stricly, cause 20 is REALLY the age to be)why isn't it 17, 17 you were just about to graduate and all. Plus you had your license, probably gone through a girl or two and were wiser. So, why is 16 the age?
