May not work for you--but it worked for me after I'd tried literally everything else to get my menstrual pain to stop (expensive anti-inflammatories, expensive painkillers, hormones and various combos of all three, Rx, natch and in the end, those approaches seriously fucked up my health). Aleve, with food and otherwise as directed may make the same difference for you that it did for me.
