I have no talent and I need help
I need for someone to "put the fez on Cheney".. I resized it, but the tassle either gets covered up by the edge of his fat face, or the background is messed up..

I tried to "transparent-ize" it...and then his face disappeared :grr:. (not entirely a bad thing, but....)

Please help me.. :)
