I had blood work done this morning and am STILL fasting. Should I polish off the spaghetti or have some cereal?

I just ate a bunch of crumbs out of the bottom of a bag of SunChips. If you can tell me whether that constitutes breakfast or lunch, I'll let you know which meal to go with.

11:48 is essentially lunchtime for me...often my husband and I eat ours at 11 or 11:30...we eat out often, and we like to hit the restaurant before it gets REALLY busy with all the business people...
