I am joining Sundog in solidarity against lame threads

Looking through the threads today I am struck by the repetetive and all around boring nature of threads to choose from.

So I will be joining Sundog in his boycott of boring threads.

We can and should do better.

4. Good, good. Just got back from the ER with the 13yo. He was

bitten by a black widow on Sunday. They gave him antivenin and he seems to be okay. Just finished dinner and is now in the shower.

Not the best of days.

a friend of mine got bitten twice by a brown recluse in Florida. His whole swelled to twice it's size and he got really sick

to go get him he told me about the spider bite. My husband :grr: forgot to tell me, or I would have taken him to the ER sooner.

20. Well, my son does exaggerate a bit, and there wasn't any mark

at first, and then my husband left for New Jersey to go to his office.

So, I get the phone call from the school, go get him, call my husband, who is shocked that the kid is sick because he really didn't think he had been bitten by a venomous spider. It is pretty freaky.

we wouldn't be on level 2 or 3 all the time if we didn't repeat threads over and over, or post lame threads that just make the same points over and over

The lounge has been on its best behavior lately. I haven't had to delete one thread in the lounge in about a week.
