6. My insomnia is gone.

It plagued me for years, but in my case it disappeared as soon as I split from my ex-husband earlier this year. Think I was a little stressed there? :crazy:

7. It's not a long-term thing for me, fortunately. Years back it would last

for weeks like your did, but now it's episodic, fortunately.

Yeah, I know how stressed you were not all that long ago. May I repeat how good it is to see you so happy? Now all we need is for your good friend to be similarly happy, and I'll be really content. You guys both deserve a life of happiness.
