I totally agree with the comment about the last scene - one of the best depictions of male love and friendship in the history of cinema. And when Edward G. lit the match - oh my heart was breaking!
And despite the awful wig, Barbara Stanwyck was at her best - "I never loved you. Until a moment ago when I couldn't fire the second shot."
There are just so many good things about this movie.
