Until you put the knife in and the air hits the stuff...
Then it spreads out so quickly, that the whole inside turns red except that little bit down by the end cause the air doesn't make it down that far....
It's true....
I heard they did an MRI on a watermelon that some doctor was cutting and they found this out....
I'm just sayin'
