Do you smoke?
I don't and never have. Candy cigarettes are as far as I've gone!

1. I quit 3/10/98
Edited on Wed Sep-14-05 11:26 AM by MissMillie
It was one of the best things I have ever done. (I include having my son and losing nearly 100 lbs. in this category.)

...goddamnit. Most people say, "Ugh, I wanna quit so bad, but I just can't." For me, it's "Ugh, I don't wanna quit at all, but I need to."

What can I say, I actually LIKE smoking. I know it's terrible, but that's just how it is.

10. Yes, and I'm not supposed to.
I was supposed to quit a month ago. I've been on Wellbutrin for six weeks. It's not helping. I love smoking. I have to quit-- I can't even smoke in moderation. I either smoke ALOT or not at all. I quit for six days last month. It's amazing how much physical agony you can be in without actually being in pain. It's so much a part of me, I feel like I'm losing myself when I refrain from smoking. I hate it.

I'm also on Wellbutrin, but it is not doing a damn thing. I also like to smoke, but it is starting to give me health problems, so I am going to have to quite somehow.

I like to smoke in Boston, because I tend to have the best one on one conversations with the people outside smoking. Otherwise, I'd never get the nerve to chat with a bunch of nonsmokers in a big group indoors. Smoking is an excuse to chat with people.
