I mean, really, what's wrong with that? I admit freely that it looks stupid as hell, but consider: you can buy the foam this guy used in 4x8 sheets for $25. He only needed one. He probably had the chair already. Go to a hockshop and you can get an electric trolling motor for twenty bucks, no problem. The battery's probably out of his car, and the rest of it's just scrapwood and bungee cords that he already had.

This guy can have a lot of fun fishing on this thing for less than a $50 investment, and there's nothing wrong with that.
