I mean, I'm traumatized. Really.

1. They are trying to add to the protien content of the Tostitos
Which, is probably pretty low.

:)

3. Does the corn worm look like Jesus, or Mary?
Then, you could really make some bucks.

7. I bought some rice-a-roni once that had bugs in it
I called the 800 number to complain and they send me 5 coupons for free rice-a-roni. So that may be a cheaper option than suing and more fruitful.

Good luck!

8. You would have to find a lawyer to take your case on a contingency
fee basis which means his/her payment would be dependent on how much money you received from a settlement or from a jury award. So, unless you are willing to go to a therapist for several years as a result of being traumatized and are willing to undergo the scrutiny of a defense expert, I would say to let it go.

Then again, there was a case where a dead mouse was found in maple syrup - but I think those people didn't see the mouse and actually became ill from using the syrup.

9. Don't be silly, you won the contest!
A deep-fried corn worm is the Golden Ticket! You and your grandfather get to tour Frito-Lay and will end up running the factory!

I hope for your sake there are no Oompa-Loompas working there, though. Those little buggers creep me out, big time.

13. I found a cooked bug once in a can of DelMonte
peas. I took it back to the store. The store gave me a $100 gift certificate and DelMonte gave me a years supply of free veggies (not kidding-I had thirty cans a month for a year) plus a letter of apology.
