I sing to my doggie.
I make up songs with his name in them. Or I take any old song, like "I Could Have Danced All Night," and replace words with his name.

Do you sing to your doggie?

1. I don't have a doggie anymore, but I used to dance with my doggies
I suppose, I sang too. The dogs would really look at me funny, as if to ask, "what the fuck are you doing, and why?".

2. I do the same thing. Always have since I was a kid
The dogs love it, I think.

3. Yes.
I sing songs to my lab as part of our "reunification ceremony" when I get home from work.

6. Hi, Floogeldy!
I didn't know you have a dog! What kind is he?

I have to say that I never sang to my dalmation when she was alive...

Don't know why...not a family tradition I guess...

9. He's a miniature cockapoo.
His name is "Prince" because I am sure he is descended from palace guards. ;)

7. I sing to her all the time.
I too edit old songs so she thinks it's about her.
