I was told I can't go bankrupt because of my assets.
My car (worth $10k), my pension (worth about $12k before penalties and accessible ONLY if I lose my job; which is okay as it would take little for me to lose my job right now), and my life insurance policies (dunno what they're worth but I've already took out $9k in cash value to pay back my debts.)

I still have $12k to go. Should I claim more cash value of my life insurance to help whittle away my remaining debt? It's useless to me dead anyway. :D
