1. I'm alive, and grateful. |

I just choked in my sleep. Damned acid reflux - I almost died, breathing in my own puke. Now I'm just afraid to lie down again.
Other than that, I'm peachy-keen. :hi:

I have to wash this weekend again. My dirty-clothes basket is full of dirty towels. This weekend I plan to stay home and do my household. It looks like hell and it is overdue a couple of weeks already. I can't invite anyboy in right now because it is so messy.

Early - even for you - but you're always more than welcome around here
Outside is nasty and rainy - but in here the office is empty, we've just been through a C.D. of Latin Church Music by Thomas Tallis (including the 50 part motet Spem in Alium - :wow: ) and we're now onto a C.D. with Faure and Dufule's Requiems - so I'm a happy bunny :bounce:

18. Good music can make so much of a difference. |
|
But I think that it's mostly just not having folk around me - sometimes that's exactly what I need.
Other times, of course, having charming and spiffing (I'm not going to use the 'G' word :P ) around is what's wonderful. :pals:

nothing worse than a person who pretends to be a coffee lover, but then fills it with so much extra rubbish that the actual coffee is totally obscured.
Ban lattes say I :P
And you're damn right - it's just impossible to start the day without black coffee - preferably with the look and taste of road-tar. :bounce:

They just talked about how "smooth" their cigs were and how theirs was the best tasting and stuff. I don't think they knew at the time how bad they really were for you. Once they DID find out, that's when the deception began.

I'm trying to get ready for class this morning. Oh, college what won't you try to kill me with next?
I was talking with some of my friends the other day and we were talking about how there is a lack of charisma and/or humor in the presidency right now. I mean the last few presidents had one guy going senile(Reagan) and two guys falling down a flight of stairs(Ford,Clinton) although only one was caught on camera(Ford). Hell, even Bod Dole fell of a fucking stage in California. One person told they would have vote for him just for his "grampa falling out of bed dive".
