I don't see how it could possibly do justice to the book. The book is just so long and so full of important events and characters that it couldn't possibly begin to fit into one movie, even if it were 2-1/2 hours long. Not that I'm one of those people who whine when movies aren't faithful to books, but it's going to have to leave a LOT out.

BUT, I think the entire beginning can be conesned...at least I hope they focus more on the middle/end. Check out the trailer though, it looks like they are planning to hit a lot of it though...
